As a Sales & Bookings Coordinator reporting to the Programs & Events Manager, you will lead efforts in generating facility rental revenue.
Your role involves developing profitable rental packages and executing community outreach through strategic cold calling. Your success depends on improving booking processes, enhancing customer experience, and identifying new revenue opportunities aligned with South East Calgary's evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop competitive and appealing corporate rental packages
• Engage in targeted outreach and consistent follow-ups
• Promote facility offerings through community partnerships
• Convert booking inquiries into signed agreements
• Analyze current offerings and identify upsell opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of sales experience in hospitality
• Post-secondary education in marketing or business preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
