In this pivotal role, you will manage sales efforts across a designated territory, focusing on both existing accounts and new opportunities. Your responsibilities will center around consultative selling to enhance relationships and understand customer needs. Additionally, you will execute targeted marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and improve time management across various accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultative face-to-face sales at client sites
• Identify key accounts and build strong relationships
• Monetize opportunities through brand partnerships
• Analyze accounts to convert sales prospects
• Manage customer database utilizing Salesforce®
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience, ideally in fluid power
• Knowledge of fluid power systems and electronic controls
• Familiarity with sales analysis and CRM software
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering background preferred
