Director of Sales Hotels

Position: Director of Sales for Hotels
Lead sales initiatives as Area Director of Sales for key properties in North East Calgary. This role focuses on driving revenue and enhancing client engagement at Hilton Garden Inn and Sheraton Cavalier.

We are looking for an ambitious leader to join Opal Hospitality Ltd. and oversee sales efforts across two flagship hotels. You'll develop short and long-term strategies to maximize revenue growth while managing a motivated Sales and Catering team. Your success will hinge on effective execution of marketing efforts and development of key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Sales & Marketing plans for hotels

• Lead, coach, and support Sales & Catering teams

• Represent hotels at various client and industry events

• Identify opportunities for market share growth

• Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitors

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years sales experience; 3 in leadership

• Education in Sales & Marketing or Hotel Management

• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities

• Strong analytical skills for performance measurement

• Proven record in driving RevPAR growth
