Compensation

Compensation: $50K-$60K base + commission ($70K-$80K OTE)

Schedule: On-site full time

We’re hiring a Sales/Enrolment Advisor

This is a high-impact, consultative role focused on guiding prospective students through the decision-making and enrolment process for online, skills-based education programs. You’ll be the first point of contact for many learners and play a key role in helping them understand program fit, outcomes, and next steps in their career journey.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and is motivated by helping people make important life decisions.

What you’ll do
  • Guide prospective students from initial inquiry through to enrolment
  • Understand goals, background, and motivations to assess program fit
  • Clearly explain program offerings, value, and outcomes
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, follow-ups)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track all interactions
  • Meet activity and enrolment targets across assigned cohorts
  • Continuously improve through coaching and feedback
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in consultative sales, enrolment/admissions, or D2C sales preferred
  • Comfortable discussing payment options and financing where needed
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Target-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding KPIs
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Able to clearly explain structured or technical program offerings
