Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program
• Solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route
• Primarily a 4‑day workweek with minimal nights or weekends

• Serve as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs
• Meet all provincial requirements for operating a regulated vehicle

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
