Become a pivotal part of the Event Technology team at ENCORE as an Event Sales Coordinator. Focus on selling equipment for smaller events, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction while managing sales orders.
This role involves supporting clients for events generating under $5K in revenue. You will engage with customers through various channels and follow through from the initial booking to post-event evaluations. Your ability to effectively utilize technology and adhere to event profit guidelines will contribute directly to client success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell equipment and services for smaller events
• Maximize revenue while adhering to profit guidelines
• Respond to client inquiries via multiple communication channels
• Follow up on orders, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain updated information in the CRM system
Requirements:
• High School diploma; BS/BA preferred
• 1+ years in sales/event coordination
• Strong communication skills
• Technical proficiency with software
• Prior hospitality or event planning experience
