As a New Home Sales Associate under the Carrington Group, your role is essential in guiding buyers through the sales process. You'll not only sell homes but also tour potential clients through show and spec homes while meeting assigned sales targets. Attend sales meetings to enhance strategies and contribute to team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in selling new residential homes

• Conduct tours for visitors at show and spec homes

• Achieve community and personal sales targets

• Participate in sales meetings for strategy updates

• Help manage customer data in the Lasso CRM

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• At least one year of direct sales experience

• Preferred experience in new home sales

• Valid class five driver’s license required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
