Position: Sales Associate for New Homes
Join Partners Development Group as a Sales Associate focused on new homes in Upper Greenwich, Calgary. Deliver excellent service and achieve community sales goals daily.

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of the community and home offerings to enhance customer interactions. Engage with potential buyers, deliver impactful sales presentations, and manage documentation accurately throughout the home-buying journey. Your passion for customer satisfaction will define guests' experiences at our model homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure sales center and model homes are impeccably presented

• Provide informative presentations about homes and community benefits

• Manage client expectations with clarity and precision

• Collaborate with sales manager to meet business objectives

• Conduct market research to stay aware of competition

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in sales and customer service

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong detail orientation in all tasks

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities
