As a Leasing Specialist, you will be key in managing leasing inquiries and ensuring excellent resident relations. Your expertise will foster an inviting environment and support revenue goals through effective administration and communication. You will also conduct inspections and maintain accurate records on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct apartment tours and lease suites
• Pre-screen applicants and handle resident meetings
• Manage rent collection and follow up on defaults
• Ensure units are show-ready for potential residents
• Support engagement activities within the community
Requirements:
• Two years in sales or customer service roles
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Flexibility to adapt and work weekends
