As a Leasing Specialist, you will be key in managing leasing inquiries and ensuring excellent resident relations. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct apartment tours and lease suites

• Pre-screen applicants and handle resident meetings

• Manage rent collection and follow up on defaults

• Ensure units are show-ready for potential residents

• Support engagement activities within the community

Requirements:

• Two years in sales or customer service roles

• Post-secondary education preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

• Flexibility to adapt and work weekends
