Position: Event Sales Coordinator for ENCORE
Become a key player in event sales with ENCORE as an Event Sales Coordinator. Utilize your skills to sell equipment and services, focusing on events generating under $5K.

The Event Sales Coordinator will assist the Event Technology team in driving revenue through effective coordination and sales support for smaller events. You'll manage sales order entries, provide administrative assistance, and directly engage with clients to address their questions and needs. Your goal will be to maximize profit while ensuring a world-class service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell smaller events like Banquet Event Orders and exhibitors

• Maximize revenue and follow profit guidelines for assigned events

• Attend client meetings to address inquiries and concerns

• Close business by securing buyer commitments

• Ensure accurate CRM updates and follow-ups on orders

Requirements:

• High School diploma required; BS/BA preferred

• 1+ years of sales or event experience

• Technical proficiency with software programs

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Background in technology, sales, or hospitality a plus
