Become a pivotal Sales Lead at Blu Synq and drive new business partnerships with AI innovation at your fingertips. This dynamic, full-cycle role combines direct sales with strategic outbound efforts.

Join Blu Synq and take ownership of the entire sales process as one of the initial commercial hires. You will create robust outbound sales strategies, while defining the marketing approach for an AI product. Close collaboration with leadership allows you to shape the company's vision and achieve measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

• Develop target account strategies for outbound sales

• Present solutions that showcase AI benefits

• Oversee customer onboarding and activation

• Design repeatable sales playbooks and tactics

Requirements:

• 3 to 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales experience

• Proven success in managing a full sales cycle

• Strong outbound prospecting mindset

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred)

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
