Lake Louise Inn seeks a dedicated Sales and Events Coordinator to manage group assignments and execute seamless events. This role involves monitoring contracts, coordinating with clients and departments, and ensuring every detail is attended to. You will collaborate with teams to produce BEOs and handle catering events, while also assisting with weddings and tour groups to enhance guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage group assignments and coordinate events effectively

• Monitor all guest room block and catering agreements

• Liaise with clients and staff to ensure event satisfaction

• Conduct weekly meetings with the Operations team

• Enter and manage all rooming lists accurately

Requirements:

• Two-year college degree or equivalent preferred

• One-year experience in Sales or Events Coordination

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Experience with Opera, Delphi, and Sales Force

• Valid Open Canadian Work-Permit for International Applicants
