Customer-Focused Fuel Advisor

Become a key contributor at AFD as a Fuel Advisor in Calgary. Drive revenue growth by nurturing customer relationships and expanding our fuel market share while working independently and autonomously.

In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional services to both new and existing clients, focusing on escalating our retail and commercial fuel sales. A self-motivated individual, you will resolve customer issues through effective communication and collaboration with various departments. This position involves significant travel, providing you opportunities to engage directly with clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and expand existing accounts

• Log all sales activity and customer interactions in CRM

• Represent AFD at trade shows and industry events

• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities

• Address customer concerns with timely resolutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a sales or customer service role

• Post-secondary degree in Business Management preferred

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience in the fuel or oil industry is an asset

• Proficient in MS Office and professional communication skills
