In this position, you will proactively create new business opportunities while deepening existing relationships. You will lead RFP responses, maintain CRM data, and engage with clients through various communication channels. Your proven skills in project management and understanding of the manufacturing process will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead large RFP responses ensuring operational excellence
• Maintain and optimize CRM data for effective messaging
• Qualify and manage new leads in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Build strong relationships through various customer interactions
• Prepare accurate sales and marketing reports for management
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in steel trades or related industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid passport for domestic and international travel
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
