The Designated Beauty Advisor develops deep, long-lasting relationships with customers to drive sales and brand loyalty. This specialist is responsible for achieving assigned brand sales targets while delivering exceptional service and expert product knowledge.
Responsibilities- Consistently deliver extraordinary customer service and exceed personal and brand sales goals
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition, development, and retention
- Share expert product knowledge and participate in educational sessions and vendor trainings
- Support merchandising and sales floor activities including floor recovery, price changes, and visual standards
- Communicate regularly with clients about events, requests, and follow-ups via phone, mail, and electronic methods
- Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and selling management to drive brand initiatives and opportunities
- High school diploma
- Minimum of two years' experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets; prior luxury retail product specialist experience preferred
- Fully bilingual in French and English
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-motivated, and highly collaborative
