In this influential role, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and act as a strategic partner for aesthetic practices. Your main focus will be on consultative sales, guiding clinics to leverage Renellence offerings effectively. You will build relationships and ensure that you have a pulse on market trends, directly informing the brand's commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute targeted business and sales plans

• Consult strategically with aesthetic practices on their goals

• Build relationships with injectors and industry leaders

• Aid in implementing patient demand generation strategies

• Provide product education through training and events

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or equivalent work experience

• Minimum 3 years in aesthetic or pharmaceutical sales

• Experience leading high-performing sales teams

• Established contacts in the Canadian aesthetic sector

• Strong ability to utilize CRM for teamwork
