In this role reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will support new home sales by engaging with buyers and showcasing properties in person. Key Responsibilities:

• Sell new homes within lively communities

• Provide tours of show homes and spec homes

• Meet established community and personal sales goals

• Attend sales meetings for continuous learning

• Utilize Lasso CRM for customer management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED certificate

• Over a year of direct sales experience

• Preferred background in new home sales

• Class five driver’s license and personal vehicle required

• Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office preferred
