Industrial Construction Specialist

About the role

Industrial Construction Specialist. Dedicated team in Greater Calgary Area reporting to Western Specialty Sales Manager.

• Act as main point of contact for the company in the field, providing customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise to end users.
• Visit a variety of end user job sites and tools cribs in assigned region.
• Assist sales team at distribution sales events, developing new contacts and closing sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users and internal sales team.
• Coordinate and manage top customer purchasing.
• Support distribution network for large user needs.
• Develop new business within assigned region.

• College or university graduate.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing with a record of demonstrated achievements.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work some weekends as needed.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creativity and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency with computer software including MS Word and Outlook.
• Valid driver's licence and clean driver's abstract.

• Annual base salary: $50,000–60,000 (market location dependent). Eligible for discretionary sales incentive bonus at target 15% of salary.
