As a Sales Professional with Birks, you’ll engage with clients to create unique shopping experiences in a luxury retail environment. This contract position lasts about 1.5 years and requires at least two years of retail sales experience, ideally in luxury or jewellery. You will be responsible for hitting sales targets and ensuring clients feel valued through attentive service and personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build meaningful client relationships regularly

• Provide personalized product recommendations

• Ensure a client-focused environment in the store

• Meet or exceed established sales goals

Requirements:

• Two years of retail sales experience required

• Luxury retail or jewellery experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and team values

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in English;
Cantonese and Mandarin are a bonus
