Position: Counter Sales Associate for Plumbing Products
Become a pivotal part of Wolseley Canada’s team as a Counter Sales Associate specializing in plumbing and HVAC products. This role emphasizes responsiveness and product knowledge to meet customer needs effectively.

In this position, you will serve as the first contact for customers, providing timely responses to their inquiries, whether in-person, by phone, or email. You will prepare urgent job quotations and ensure accurate order fulfillment directly from the warehouse, while also maintaining the stock at your working area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers with product knowledge and support

• Answer customer inquiries promptly via various channels

• Generate small order quotations for immediate needs

• Accurately pick and verify customer orders

• Maintain counter stock levels and assist in warehousing tasks

Requirements:

• Required sales or customer service experience in wholesale

• Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing is an asset

• Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office

• Excellent verbal communication and service skills

• Completion of criminal record check required
