As a Mobile Insurance Specialist at CIBC, you will report to the Senior Manager of the Mobile Insurance Specialist Group. This role is integral to our Advice & Practice Excellence team, influencing creditor insurance sales while engaging clients and internal teams. Your expertise in relationship management is vital to support Mortgage Advisors and their initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with Mortgage Advisors and Sales Teams

• Provide strategic updates and advice to regional directors

• Develop plans to enhance sales practices for Mortgage Advisors

• Collaborate with internal business partners on escalations

• Maintain compliance under Federal Regulations with the Insurance Group

Requirements:

• Proven relationship management experience

• Strong background in business development or sales

• Knowledge of mortgages and insurance products

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams

• Fluency in Mandarin considered an asset
