Field Sales Representative – Calgary, AB

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Compensation:
Weekly paid commissions, average $900–$1,300 per week
We are seeking field sales representatives in Calgary to support a growing client in the residential home services industry. This role offers hands‑on sales experience, structured training, and performance‑based weekly earnings.
No previous sales experience is required.
The RoleThis is an in‑person position focused on booking free residential assessments with homeowners. You will not be responsible for quoting prices, collecting payments, or performing installations.
Key Responsibilities- Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Explain the purpose of a free home assessment
- Schedule appointments for qualified households
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach
Company transportation and free office parking are provided.
Training & Support- Hands‑on training
- Shadow experienced team members
- Ongoing coaching and clear performance expectations
- Weekly paid commissions
- Average earnings: $900–$1,300 per week
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated
- Interested in building transferable sales skills
