What Does an Allstate Sales Agent Do?- Build and manage your pipeline through outreach, referrals, and community involvement.
- Meet with prospective clients, understand their needs, and use consultative selling to guide them toward the right insurance solutions.
- Stay active locally by attending events and partnering with community organizations.
- Maintain consistent sales activity to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Nurture relationships that lead to long‑term business and repeat referrals.
Commission‑based role with earnings that reflect your sales performance. Average earners make $70,000 to $120,000 annually, with competitive uncapped commissions, quarterly incentives, and a monthly earnings stipend to support lower commission periods. Day‑one access to a flexible benefits plan and employer‑matched RRSP after 90 days. Licensing support, coaching, and ongoing sales development are provided.
What You Need to Succeed- Results‑driven, target‑focused mindset with proven success meeting sales goals.
