Position: Full-Time Parts Advisor at Stampede Toyota
Become a vital part of Stampede Toyota's team as a Full-Time Parts Advisor in Calgary. Utilize your customer service skills to provide parts solutions while fostering strong guest relationships.

In this role, you'll report directly to the Parts Manager and assist various customers in selecting needed parts efficiently and courteously. With a focus on organization and prioritization, your contributions will support both retail and wholesale transactions while maintaining an impeccable workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist all customers in selecting required parts

• Provide price quotes and information over the phone

• Review shop estimates for parts accuracy

• Pull and fill parts orders from stock

• Maintain organized inventory and fulfill orders promptly

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of Toyota Parts experience preferred

• 2 years of dealership parts counter experience a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• PBS, Infostream, and Shortel experience preferred

• Willingness to engage in continuous learning opportunities
