As a Sales Associate reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will facilitate the new homes sales process across Calgary. You’ll sell residential homes, tour visitors through show homes, and participate in sales and marketing initiatives. Committed individuals will have opportunities for mentorship and ongoing improvement in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell new residential homes to enthusiastic buyers
• Conduct tours of show homes and spec homes
• Achieve personal and community sales targets
• Attend sales meetings for strategy enhancement
• Engage with visitors via the Lasso CRM system
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory
• Minimum one year of sales experience required
• Direct experience in new home sales preferred
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office preferred
• Class five driver's license needed for transportation
