Key Responsibilities:

• Own and implement sales strategy for assigned sub-region

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with regional goals

• Act as primary contact for assigned advisors and branches

• Conduct outbound prospecting to activate new advisors

• Deliver product education and lead advisor meetings

Requirements:

• 2 - 3+ years in asset management or similar roles

• Strong relationship-building and prospecting skills

• Understanding of the MFDA channel

• Proven sales execution experience

• Commitment to operational excellence
