This role at The Scott involves engaging with potential tenants and supporting them throughout the leasing process. Prior experience in sales or leasing is preferred, and excellent organizational skills are essential for managing documentation and communications effectively. Your goal will be to ensure a positive resident experience from their first inquiry to move-in day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute call campaigns and prospective resident tours

• Clearly present rental prices and building benefits

• Promote current marketing initiatives to attract renters

• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions

• Ensure leasing targets are achieved while filling suites

Requirements:

• Part-time availability of 3-4 days per week

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Capable of handling physical tasks like lifting 25 lbs

• Understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act is advantageous
