Sales Leader for Community Showhomes

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts with a strong client focus. This position is focused on the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to presenting showhomes.

Your role is crucial in achieving company objectives and enhancing customer experiences in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the sales within the assigned area

• Manage client interactions throughout the sales process

• Convert leads into satisfied buyers

• Present showhomes, detailing features and benefits

• Track sales metrics and maintain client records

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 2+ years of Commission Only Real Estate Sales experience

• Track record of sales achievement is desired

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
