At Fairmont Palliser, we’re looking for a Food & Beverage Sales Manager with at least three years of hotel sales and event planning experience. You will creatively engage with guests while driving sales for the Hawthorn Dining Room & Bar. This role requires excellent customer service skills and an understanding of food and beverage trends to create unforgettable experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business for all venue spaces at Fairmont Palliser

• Collaborate with Director of Sales to execute campaigns

• Gather and confirm event details from clients

• Plan and curate custom menus with Executive Chef

• Ensure compliance with food and liquor safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in hotel sales and event planning

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Social Tables

• Strong customer and interpersonal skills

• Post-secondary hospitality degree/diploma

• Detail-oriented with proven event execution ability
