Shape the future of Digital Wealth at BMO as a Regional Sales Manager primarily focusing on Calgary and surrounding areas. Lead sales efforts, build relationships, and ensure growth in sales effectiveness across the region.
Under the direction of the National Sales Manager, you will oversee BMO Investor Line's growth by providing strategic leadership.
Your role includes training, coaching, and enhancing sales within various distribution channels. You will work closely with teams to improve sales tools and build industry relations to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage sales relationships in assigned regions
• Provide ongoing training and support to sales teams
• Collaborate on marketing programs to enhance sales
• Analyze market opportunities and competitor activities
• Manage sales performance and client satisfaction levels
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree and 5-10 years of Investment Sales experience
• Completion of CSC course and certifications within specified timelines
• In-depth knowledge of investment products and markets
• Proven success in sales and customer service
• Ability to travel extensively within the region
