Corteva Agriscience™ is seeking a Sales Agronomist to partner closely with a Pioneer Territory Manager. The position is integral to achieving sales targets and enhancing the grower experience through trusted advice and tailored solutions. You will engage directly with farmers, deliver agronomic insights, and foster long-term relationships while navigating the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth through direct on-farm sales calls

• Coach Pioneer Agents on relationship building and negotiation

• Troubleshoot and resolve grower concerns swiftly

• Conduct local agronomy trials to support education

• Communicate insights with stakeholders effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Agriculture or related field preferred

• 5-7 years of agronomy or sales experience

• Willingness to travel and work in rural settings

• Knowledge of crop production systems

• Proven skills in selling and conflict resolution
