Avizia RH is a Quebec-based HR consulting and recruitment firm expanding into Western Canada. We work as an embedded HR partner to companies in the construction and manufacturing sectors, operating on a differentiated model that sets us apart from traditional agencies. We're building our Calgary presence and looking for an elite sales professional to lead the charge.

We're hiring a Business Development Representative to own the full sales cycle in the Calgary market — from prospecting and outreach to closing and account handoff. This is a high-autonomy, high-reward position for someone who wants to build a territory and scale their earnings without a ceiling.

• Run the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching, negotiating, and closing
• Build and manage a pipeline of clients across the construction and manufacturing sectors
• Represent the Avizia Unique Model and articulate its value to prospects
• Develop and grow the Calgary territory as a key market for our Western Canada expansion
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and coordinate smooth handoffs to our delivery team

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ownership of a territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable managing an end-to-end sales cycle
• Experience in staffing, HR services, construction, or manufacturing is an asset

• Realistic earning potential of $175K+ with the Avizia model
