At Fairmont Palliser, we're looking for a full-time Food & Beverage Sales Manager to inspire exceptional service and enhance the dining experience in our Hawthorn Dining Room & Bar. You'll engage with guests, craftsmen, and your team to shape memorable events. As an ambassador, your role is crucial in fostering emotional connections through personalized services and understanding guests' needs for an authentic Calgary experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seek new business for all venue spaces

• Develop sales campaigns with the Director of Sales & Marketing

• Coordinate event details and client communications

• Plan creative experiences with the Executive Chef

• Finalize event setups and manage logistics

Requirements:

• Minimum three years' hotel sales experience

• Knowledge of food and beverage trends

• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail

• Hospitality degree or diploma preferred

• Strong motivation and results-oriented mindset
