Position: Associate Sales Role at Stryker
Join Stryker's team as an Associate Sales Representative, promoting innovative medical products to clinicians and hospital staff while enhancing patient care through effective outreach.

In this position, you will be responsible for educating healthcare professionals about Stryker Sage Products, ensuring their needs are met. You'll work closely with the Sales Representative to engage customers and drive product adoption, making a direct impact on patient outcomes. Excellent customer service and relationship management will be key components of your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote products to nursing and clinical staff

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers

• Support sales efforts and achieve designated quotas

• Participate in product training and hospital surveys

• Represent Stryker at industry trade shows

Requirements:

• University degree required

• 1+ years of experience in sales or healthcare

• Preferred nursing or health-related degree

• Experience in a clinical environment is advantageous

• Travel required, must have a driver's license
