Transform the landscape of healthcare equipment management as a Healthcare Business Development Executive. This position focuses on securing new clients and developing value-driven partnerships with health authorities across Western Canada.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of seven years of experience in healthcare business development and must bring a hunter mentality to identify and pursue complex sales opportunities. You will manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to the final proposal and closing, while collaborating with high-level executives in hospitals and health systems to address their unique operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a strategic plan for new client acquisition

• Persistently prospect through networking and referrals

• Build credibility and relationships with executive teams

• Identify and propose solutions to operational challenges

• Oversee the sales process from prospect to execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline preferred

• 7+ years of healthcare sales or business development

• Proven track record in securing business within healthcare

• Insight into hospital procurement and equipment lifecycle
