In your role, you'll be responsible for managing customer interactions, creating work orders, and coordinating with technicians. Moreover, you'll play a critical part in maintaining safety standards and managing inventory efficiently for the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate bookings and create accurate work orders
• Finalize sales and follow up with clients for feedback
• Recommend tire and specialty services to customers
• Update and manage promotional materials in-store
• Participate in safety training and initiatives
Requirements:
• Previous experience in automotive or tire sectors is preferred
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of tire and mechanical services
• Team-oriented with a commitment to quality work
