For 60 years, The ECCO Group™ has enjoyed continual growth and our manufacturing division leads the market for sheet metal HVAC products in Western Canada. Our ECCO Supply™ division is a full-service wholesale distributor of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) supplies and equipment. With sales branches located in centers throughout Western and Central Canada, we are expanding our team with individuals eager to improve customer experience and drive significant market growth.

REPORTING STRUCTUREReports to:
Director Manufacturing Sales Canada
- Achieve Sales & Profitability Budgets:
Drive sales growth within the assigned territory while protecting and improving gross margin in line with company goals. - Channel & Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, end-user contractors and specifying engineers to support product demand and market penetration. - Territory Development:
Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities while expanding share of wallet with existing accounts. - Product Expertise & Training:
Deliver capabilities presentations, demonstrations and training sessions to wholesale partners, end-user contractors and engineering firms to promote adoption of ECCO Manufacturing’s capabilities and solutions. - Market & Competitive Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market dynamics to identify opportunities and recommend strategies for growth. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams in manufacturing marketing, category management, operations, R&D and customer support to deliver solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. - Customer
Experience:
Be the primary point of contact for customers within the territory, ensuring a high level of responsiveness, problem resolution and overall satisfaction. - Innovation:
Actively support innovative new product development with a “Voice of the Customer” perspective to help solve their problems.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales or account management role or any equivalent.
- Previous experience in the HVAC, OEM, Building Product industries.
- Experience with blueprints, building codes an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, high energy, enthusiasm, a positive outlook, proven people skills, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
- Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to respond and present effectively to different types of personalities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Resourceful team player who excels at building trust and long-term relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Travel up to 80% in Western Canada.
- Valid passport and the ability to travel to the US if needed.
- Valid Drivers’ License.
- Location:
Calgary, Alberta.
