Position: Account Executive for HVAC Services
Join Johnson Controls as an HVAC Account Executive and lead the way in delivering exceptional service offerings. This role targets Directors and senior decision-makers across various industries.

As an HVAC Account Executive, your focus will be on selling Johnson Controls’ diverse service offerings to building owners. You will foster trusted relationships and actively engage with decision-makers to position service agreements that encourage account growth. With a commitment to understanding client objectives, you’ll develop and close new business opportunities while renewing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell services to building owner decision makers

• Promote value through technical solutions

• Manage key client accounts and relationships

• Identify new sales opportunities monthly

• Position multi-year service agreements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related

• Six years of field sales experience minimum

• At least one year in HVAC sales

• Demonstrated influence at decision-making levels

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
