Position: Wolseley Inside Sales Role
Wolseley Canada is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support critical sales functions in plumbing and HVAC/R. Drive customer relations and achieve sales goals daily.

In your role at Wolseley Canada, you will facilitate the sales process by providing excellent service and timely order processing to meet customer needs. Your efforts will focus on building relationships and addressing inquiries effectively while promoting additional sales. As part of a safety-focused workplace, you will also adhere to established procedures and contribute positively to the team's dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete order processes including pricing and sourcing

• Enter orders and quotations with accuracy

• Offer customers detailed pricing and delivery information

• Establish relationships to foster repeat business

• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests

Requirements:

• Experience in inside sales, ideally in plumbing or HVAC/R

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; AS400 is a plus

• Strong dedication to customer service

• Ability to thrive in both teamwork and independent settings

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
