Drive commercial growth with Trouw Nutrition as a Dealer Sales Manager for the West Region. Lead a high-performing sales team while fostering strong dealer partnerships and market share expansion.
As a Dealer Sales Manager, you'll orchestrate the sales strategy across Western Canada, guiding a skilled sales team and identifying growth opportunities. Your key responsibilities include developing annual sales plans, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales goals, all while ensuring sustainable growth in partnership with farmers and producers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute aligned sales strategies
• Establish annual sales plans and targets
• Lead and mentor the regional sales team
• Build relationships with key accounts and dealers
• Monitor market trends and improve operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field
• 5-8 years of progressive sales leadership experience
• Strong skills in coaching and team development
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to frequently travel across Western Canada
