Key Responsibilities:
• Implement sales strategies to enhance wholesale parts profitability
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to support initiatives
• Cultivate relationships with insurance partners and repair facilities
• Prepare sales performance insights for decision-making
• Communicate effectively about rebate programs and standards
Requirements:
• 5 to 7+ years in auto parts aftersales, especially collision-focused
• Foundation in financial analysis and inventory management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Outstanding negotiation and organizational capabilities
• High travel requirement within the assigned region
