Drive sales growth as an Account Executive in global freight forwarding. Engage with clients, craft tailored solutions, and ensure excellence across air and ocean freight services in a hybrid work setting.
In this role, you will focus on developing new business and nurturing existing relationships in the freight forwarding industry. With a strong emphasis on air and ocean solutions, you will identify customer logistics needs, secure new clients, and deliver outstanding service. Your expertise in global trade and transportation will be vital for achieving sales targets and enhancing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop outbound sales strategies for air and ocean freight
• Generate new leads and pursue business opportunities
• Manage proposal responses and RFP requirements
• Assess global market trends for strategic planning
• Collaborate with operations to execute seamless shipments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field
• 3-5 years of successful freight forwarding sales experience
• Proficient in CRM and prospecting tools
• Current CIFFA Certification a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
