As a Cosmetic Sales Coordinator, you will guide clients through their cosmetic journeys by providing product education and managing their profiles effectively. This role requires proficiency in CRM technology and exceptional interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships. Collaborate with clinicians while ensuring a seamless and supportive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate primary contact for clients during their journey
• Educate clients about various cosmetic options
• Maintain client profiles and scheduling within CRM
• Support treatment coordination with clinicians
• Monitor and enhance client satisfaction levels
Requirements:
• Diploma or certification in Aesthetics or Customer Service
• 1-3 years in a medical spa or cosmetic role
• Knowledge of aesthetic terms and skincare
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
