Become a Sales and Rental Associate at our Calgary East location. Engage with customers to provide personalized recommendations on musical instruments and gear while working full-time across weekdays and weekends.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for music to join our team as a Sales and Rental Associate. You will leverage your musicianship to understand customer needs, demonstrate products, and maintain excellent communication. This role requires strong organizational skills and a high level of enthusiasm to create an inviting shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selling and renting musical instruments
• Match products/services with individual customer needs
• Demonstrate instrument features and benefits
• Answer phone calls professionally and promptly
• Follow up on orders with customers and suppliers
Requirements:
• Must be a musician playing at least one instrument
• Full availability on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
