Wolseley Canada seeks a Project Specialist to support customers and project teams. You will handle quotations, orders, and pricing while ensuring timely project completion. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, being a vital link between clients, partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete the order process and manage pricing terms
• Assist project managers to keep projects on track
• Determine project scope and specifications directly with partners
• Enter quotes and orders accurately in a timely manner
• Build relationships and cultivate additional business opportunities
Requirements:
• Previous Inside Sales experience in Plumbing & HVAC/R preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, AS400 knowledge an asset
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluency in French considered an asset
