Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the sales center
• Provide clients with exceptional service throughout the home buying experience
• Select and develop spec files tailored to inventory
• Research and enhance product knowledge for sales success
• Identify innovative marketing strategies to drive customer engagement
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 3 years of sales management experience
• Proven success in new home sales preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
