Engage in innovative environmental initiatives with ERM as a Senior Consultant, Environmental Monitor across diverse construction sites in Canada. This role offers a mix of on‑site and hybrid work. As a Senior Consultant, you will handle critical environmental monitoring tasks that ensure compliance with regulations while protecting habitats and ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform regular compliance monitoring on construction projects
- Capture detailed field notes and compliance documentation
- Address environmental concerns and implement solutions
- Manage fish salvage operations in accordance with regulations
- Establish and maintain necessary sediment control measures
- Diploma in environmental science or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental monitoring
- Professional Biologist (RPBio) designation preferred
- Robust teamwork and communication skills
- Must be willing to travel frequently to remote locations
