You'll lead and coordinate key projects that involve field assessments and data management in this senior role. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate freshwater fisheries and habitat assessments
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients
• Lead field crews in surveying and data collection
• Develop junior staff through direct mentorship
• Enforce HSSE policies in all project activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Fisheries essential
• 10 years of relevant fisheries experience required
• Accreditation as a Registered Professional Biologist
• Excellent project management and report writing abilities
• Background in environmental compliance and client advisory
Utilize your expertise in aquatic ecology to influence environmental sustainability and foster innovative fisheries management practices within a dynamic team.
