Join a dedicated team as a Terrestrial Biologist/Ecologist leading crucial field studies across Canada. This versatile role emphasizes project coordination and collaboration in environmental consultation. As an integral part of the Natural Resource Management team, you will be responsible for conducting wildlife and plant surveys and preparing valuable findings for Environmental Impact Assessments.
This position offers opportunities for fieldwork, keen collaboration with researchers, and a chance to deepen your environmental expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct wildlife and plant surveys across Canada
- Report findings for Environmental Impact Assessments
- Collaborate with researchers and project managers
- Engage in fieldwork and environmental investigations
- Be available for travel and weekend work
- Relevant degree in biology or ecology
- 1–2 years in environmental work or consulting
- Registration as Biologist in Training preferred
- Valid Drivers’ License needed
- Robust verbal and written communication capabilities
