As part of our Environmental Monitoring and Assessment team, you will bring extensive experience in toxicology to various projects, including mining and municipal assessments. You’ll design and implement ecotoxicology studies alongside Project Managers while managing budgets and schedules. Your expertise will directly impact environmental improvement initiatives across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement ecotoxicology studies and risk assessments
• Manage budgets and project schedules
• Coordinate with analytical chemistry laboratories
• Oversee field investigations of aquatic habitats
• Prepare technical reports and client presentations
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of toxicology experience
• Knowledge of chemical fate and ecotoxicology
• Familiarity with Canadian risk assessment protocols
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Eligibility for registered biologist membership in BC or Alberta
